The Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kharkiv Region @dsns_kharkiv held an official celebration to thank the heroes of the Kharkiv region for their hard work and bravery to help Ukraine get rid of the affects of Russian aggression.

The medal “For the Defense of the Hero City of Kharkiv” was also given to Roman Kachanov @roman.kachanov.ua, Major of the Civil Protection Service and Head of the 11th State Emergency Rescue Unit 🏅
